Don't these cookies just scream fall to you?! The mix of brown butter, maple, and pumpkin create a wonderful chewy cookie. All of my taste-testers asked for more. When I was making these cookies the smell was heavenly. First, the smell of brown butter took over and then when I baked them in the oven I could practically smell all of the spices. They taste just as good as they smell!
