I love these lemon poppy seed cookies. And yes, poppy seed is two words which I learned after making these cookies. The lemon flavor in the cookies comes through but doesn't overpower my tastebuds. They are topped with a sweet glaze two balance the sweet and the tangy. These are a perfect cookie for summertime because they are refreshing and not too filling. Try them out!
