Here's the recipe for the streusel topping (optional but encouraged) 

1/4 cup coconut oil

3 tablespoons brown sugar

3 tablespoons whole wheat flour

1/4 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup shredded coconut

1/2 cup chopped nuts (I did walnuts and hazelnuts) 

1/4 teaspoon salt

Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl and mix together with your fingers until the mixture from lumps about the size of peas. Sprinkle the streusel topping over the banana bread batter and continue with the recipe.
