Strawberry Rhubarb Bars
When the rhubarb in my front yard grows so big that it blocks half of the sidewalk, I know it's time to make these strawberry rhubarb bars. They are a delicious combination of sweet and savory, crunchy and smooth. I've made them at least twice in one month because they are so good and usually gone by the next day. These are the perfect summer treat. You can even bring them to a picnic and share them with friends. I'm sure they will be a hit!
