These cookies are SO good. I've made them so many times and they are always devoured by the next day. They are easy to ship and share so if you have a friend who needs some sweets these are the perfect cookies to send! They are a little tricky to cut so make sure to use a sharp knife. If they fall apart, don't worry, you can always smush them back together. I definitely recommend going out and buying Demerara sugar because if gives it a little crunch and makes it look really pretty!
